A proper bike fit means more power, more comfort and fewer excuses to skip the ride. Whether you’re racing, commuting or touring, our certified fitters help you dial in your position to ride longer, pain-free and faster.
Get the right size, then get it set up right. Buying a new bike? We work out which frame size and geometry suit your body and your riding, then set up the bike around you, so it feels right from your first ride. Time in store: up to 1.5 hours.
Bike sizing: we assess your body, flexibility and riding style and compare frame sizes and geometry, so you can buy the right bike with confidence. This works whether you’re choosing a bike with us, deciding between two sizes, or checking that a bike you’ve already bought fits.
Saddle position: height, setback and tilt set to suit you.
Cockpit setup: bar height, reach and lever angle adjusted for a comfortable, balanced position, including any stem or spacer changes the new bike needs.
Cleat check: we check your cleats are aligned and set sensibly.
Quick ride check: you ride on the trainer while we check everything feels right and make final tweaks.
Riding pointers: simple tips to stay comfortable as you get used to the bike.
Your setup on file: a record of your sizing and position, so your next bike can be set up the same way.
Our complete fit, built around how you actually move on the bike. A holistic, real-world fit, led by experience and supported by data. We start with you: your riding, your goals and any injuries or discomfort. Then we work through your contact points from the feet up and film you riding, so every adjustment is based on how you move, not just how you sit. We’re not tied to any brand or fitting system, and we don’t rely on machines to hand you numbers without context. Time in store: up to 3 hours.
Everything in Sizing & Setup: including bike sizing if you’re choosing a new bike.
Rider interview: your riding history, goals, injuries and any discomfort, before we touch the bike.
Feet, cleats and insoles: detailed cleat alignment and an assessment of your feet and footbeds, with an insole fit if needed (insoles charged separately).
Saddle and cockpit: full position work on saddle height, setback, tilt, reach and drop.
Video motion analysis: your position recorded while you ride, with knee, hip and back angles checked against target ranges.
Movement and symmetry: knee tracking, hip rocking and left/right imbalances that are hard to spot by eye.
Before-and-after review: we go through the footage with you, so you can see exactly what changed and why.
Written fit report: your position before and after the fit, and the target position to work towards.
Upgrade recommendations: your fit results show where your current parts are holding you back. We recommend finishing kit upgrades, such as stem, bars, saddle or seatpost, and can fit them in our workshop (parts charged separately).
Anything else? Send us a message and our team will get back to you.
What to bring: your bike, cycling kit, shoes, pedals and any insoles you currently ride with, where possible.
Which fit? Sizing & Setup is ideal if you’re buying a new bike, unsure which size to go for, or want a new bike set up properly from day one, and you ride without pain or discomfort. If something already hurts, goes numb or just feels wrong, or you want everything dialled in, book the Premium Bike Fit.
How long: up to 1.5 hours in store for Sizing & Setup and up to 3 hours for the Premium Bike Fit.
Which bikes: road, gravel and city bikes. We don’t currently fit TT or triathlon bikes, or bikes with TT extensions.
Not a medical session: a fit isn’t a medical or wind-tunnel session. If you have chronic clinical pain, please speak to a physiotherapist first.
Booking: press “Book now” on the fit you want, pick a day and time, and reschedule through your confirmation email.
